Tribute to an Uncle, Father, and Great Man

Words cannot describe how we feel since your passing, Uncle Benson.

It is still so hard to accept that you are no more. It was so sudden that it left us speechless for a long time. We were together during the Christmas holidays, and we had plans for next Christmas. You were the most important reason the kids looked forward to going home for Christmas (having outgrown the fascination for masquerades).

Life is so transient; we never saw it coming. You were our Barnabas, encouraging and motivating us to aspire for much more. Like a good father, you were always on the sideline cheering us on, and with your guidance, we were making great strides. Who will raise the bar for us now?

Uncle, you are gone, but you will never be forgotten. We may be separated by death, but your memory lives with us. We pray that God will bring peace and solace to your immediate family and all of us.

Rest in peace, Uncle B, until we meet to part no more.

Words cannot describe how we feel since your passing, our dearest Uncle Benson.

Uncle, you are gone from us, but you will never be forgotten. We may be separated by death, but your memory lives with us. We pray that God brings peace and solace to your immediate family and all of us who love you so much. Rest peacefully in the Lord, Uncle B, until we meet to part no more.

With broken hearts but gratitude to the Almighty for a life well-lived.
